I had a 1/2 body red light therapy device for the longest time and got tired of moving it up and down to cover both my lower body and my upper body.After a lot of searching for a secondary panel, I found this device! I decided to buy it because it seemed like the best bang for my buck, while still being a high-quality panel. The panel fits nicely below my original panel. Now I can cover both my upper body and (most) of my legs at the same time! I have my first panel hanging on the wall, and then have this one on the floor, leaning against the wall. Seems to work great.Pros- Red light AND NIR- easy to turn on and off- never had any issues with itCons- will only cover a portion of your body, but that's expected when getting this size panel

Ever since I stopped I've been playing with the idea of making the leap and purchasing my own at home red light, and i finally decided to do it. I love this lamp. It comes with a few accessories for mounting, if you choose, and protective eye glasses. It was very easy to setup, literally nothing was required at all. Simply attach the cord and plug in and it was ready to go. I love the little side panel, as it let's you choose between the red light and NIR, I also like that it isn't limited to certain time settings. You set the time by the minute, allowing you precise control over you're therapy time. I love the way the light makes me feel, I always feel rejuvenated and like a new person after a session. It has been so helpful with managing pain, and also has significantly improved my skin as well. The light feels of very good quality, it is solid and not flimsy. It isn't very big, so it's not a pain to store, but it is big enough to feel like your entire body is reaping the benefits.
