There are a lot of electrolytes in a packet format on Amazon, so I decided to look into a bunch of different options amongst the top sellers and the ones with the most reviews. I put them all in an excel and looked at the concentration of each ingredient, if they have carbs or sugar, and the price per serving. Hi-Lyte's was by far the best: the highest concentration of ingredients, no sugar or carbs, cheapest serving. After I ordered it I was pleased with the taste: it does not taste fake or chemical, nor it's overwhelming.

I use electrolytes constantly for my workouts and have tried many different brands over the past two years. I love that this one has zero sugar, zero calories and does not have a super strong salty taste, it's just enough. I've been using them before and during my cardio and weight lifting sessions and feel great. Also the great price doesn't hurt!

I bought this product as a mineral supplement. It has given me more energy and made me feel substantial better. It has been helpful in relieving foot and leg cramping. However, it is very salty. It is better when cold but still very salty. Not enough to make me not drink it but my significant other won’t drink this flavor

I am ecstatic to have finally found a great tasting electrolyte powder!! I’ve been on the hunt for a low to no calorie powder for a while now, I’ve tired Ultima, Biosteel, LMNT, Key Nutrient, Nuun, and none of them tasted good to me, always having a weird aftertaste. I love Liquid IV, but I am on a keto diet and the carbs and sugar content (I know it’s to help absorb water quicker) are just so high for my diet. If you love Liquid IV are looking for something lower in calories and carbs, THIS IS IT! The taste is very similar to that of Liquid IV, without the nasty aftertaste or grit sitting at the bottom of your cup like Ultima and Key Nutrient seem to do. As someone mentioned before, yes, it does taste like a Gatorade, so if you’re not into that strong of a flavor, LMNT or Nuun might be worth exploring if you haven’t already. But I’m so thrilled to have found a product I actually like and don’t have to worry about the calories and carbs putting a dent in my daily allowance. Customer for life!

I thought this was going to be a great product to replace Pedialyte, however when used by instructions, the drink tasted absolutely Horrible! I even tried putting less powder in the water and it Still tasted Horrible. I only used 2 packets and was not allowed to return the item even though the remaining 14 individual packets were untouched. this was a Complete waste of money.

Tastes good, please bring it back. The other ones taste terrible. This is a salty lemon lime taste
