The service, the attention to detail, and care to the customer by the company!
Overall, this product has not met, but has exceeded all expectations! For the cost, I would think it to be hard to beat the quality of this product.The service was excellent. My original order was mid delivered, but once the company was informed of this matter, they immediately shipped out a replacement that I now have.Without hesitation, I will do business with this company again!

Beautiful soread
It sheds just a little but that normal for a chenille spread. Hangs beautifully on the bed.

EXCELLENT BEDSPREAD
I had to return this bedspread because it was raspberry not a darker maroon as shown in the photo. It is excellent quality though, and the material isn't what I'd call heavy rather firm, not really "light." If the color is right for you, then you made a good purchase. I am waiting to see how the company responds to giving me a credit back. They charge $9 to ship it back and Amazon charged $7 shipping, so basically, if it doesn't work, you are out $16 right off the bat. Then when you call their customer service you get sent to another country and the person doesn't understand English and tells you to call Amazon. If you asked to be transferred to an American, well they put you on hold until you fall asleep. You get the message that that wasn't going to happen! So, Amazon says to call the company. When you get your product, a catalogue comes with it showing the bedspread for $12 less than whay you paid on Amazon. And wala, a phone number for customer service which sends you back to --- I don't know -- UBANGI -- PHILLIPINES, PAKISTAN?? I won't buy from them again for that reason. I think we know why companies are saying Americans don't want to work! It's because they are hiring in foreign countries and using that for an excuse! I'll post another review and let you know how I made out with the return.

Beautiful set
The items arrived within a week and a half of ordering them. The set is even prettier than it appeared in pictures. It was easy to wash and dry. I love my new chenille bedspread and shams!
