ARIAT Men's Cascade 8" Wide Square Toe Work Boot Western

Love the boots

I have worn Ariat 'cowboy' boots for years -- until they discontinued my favored 'Sedona' style. I've always felt their cushioned inner soles were superior. This time I ordered some boots for general wear and hiking -- and I was disappointed. The materials and construction feel like they were made in Indonesia (which they are). Lacing the boot tightly still does not provide the ankle support I expect. And my left boot toe box has an odd crease which has created a blister on the top of one of my toes. Most troubling is the lack of adequate padding/support in the inner sole -- it is NOT cushioned as I expected, and the boots do not provide the sort of comfort I anticipate from Ariat. Wish I could be more positive, but I cannot recommend these boots.

Best boots I've ever owned. Super comfortable. On my fourth pair. Only reason I'm not still on my first is because I wear the leather out on the toe box at work (flooring). Otherwise I'd still be wearing my first pair.

I'm honestly glad I picked up these boots! These Boots are a little on the light side so I applied mink oil and that darken them up perfectly. After breaking in the boots they became extremely comfortable I wear these everyday as a mechanic and I'm constantly walking on concrete. I highly recommend these boots!

My feet don't like ariat that much, I say that because this is my third pair in different models I have wide feet so I would think W size would be great but just different problems occurred these last ones Cascade 8 inch boots maybe I needed size 9 W the heel support it has started to rub on my right side ankle had to put a insole cut patch glued on for it not to rub, so now after boots has broken in it's not that bad anymore, maybe next time I will try half size smaller.They are well made though, just wish they make them lighter, but still durable.04/10/2020 I'm still rocking these bad boys everyday I've been wearing them and have to say they been broken in after awhile. No issues I protect them with the original bee wax SNO-SEAL all season weather protection No signs of tear they are still solid. These boots are great!

I use these boots for work, all day where. Changed out original insole , put them in my old boots, wow brought my old boots back to life. Bought some new insole from ariot and love them.

I manage a stone yard and nursery. I am in the office and field often. These boots are perfect. I love my slip on boots but work requires laces. This was the best compromise.
