A lot of the negative reviews are just people not knowing what they are buying. Figure out what size you need before you purchase and watch some videos on how to put in the different hoops/studs and you should be fine. The only issue I have is that the hoops are either too big or too short for my nose. Other than that they are a good value for the price.

These are not surgical stainless steel like they say. I wore a few different ones and each one made my nose turn bright red and it was very painful. These were the correct gauge (18g) and they look super cool but they will not work for those like me who have super sensitive skin.

They are very thick it was a struggle and a bit painful to put them in and I’ve had my nose piercing for about 10 years! Maybe because I’m used to very thin rings also but so far so good I’ve had mine on for a week or so I haven’t gotten any irritation or anything like that and the stud is still on I bought these because I always lost my rings it would always fall out as I washed my face or sleeping or just randomly but haven’t had that problem because of how thick they are it hasn’t fallen out so easily so far and I have a lot of them to replace a lost one with so I’d say give it a try if your debating on trying!

Very nice assortment, however I think there's a bit too much excess. There are several that appear to be more of a fake function, like a clip on type. We also don't use the L-shape or bones, so to me they were unnecessary. But the hoops and screws that we do use are great and a variety. Enough for my daughter and I to both get our own screws in silver and black, and hoops in silver and black. Worn for several weeks and no tarnishing or greening or color wearing off. This would definitely be great if splitting between several people especially if they wear different types. Already ordered other sets.
