Borghese Effetto Immediato Spa-Soothing Tonic, 8.4 Fl Oz

Upon application of this tonic to my skin, any wonderful Borghese fragrance from the bottle was lost almost immediately. Admittedly, this fragrance is supposedly newer, but I would have liked to have enjoyed it longer. I kept sniffing my skin area where I had applied the tonic, and the fragrance was less and less evident. I thought to myself that it was there when I stroked the tonic onto my skin, but it faded so fast! Too fast! This was a disappointment, although it did provide softening for my skin. On the box, it expressly states that it is fragrance free -- but I thought they must have been kidding! A Borghese product without a scent! The marvelous slight scent that was evident in the bottle was gone in a whiff when applied! A huge disappointment.

This toner is so helpful for those of us with sensitive skin. Once I found it I was hooked.

Very nice toner, can spray and leave on or wipe with cotton ball. I have somewhat sensitive skin, and have been using this daily for months. No issues with redness or anything negative. At first when wiping with the cotton ball I noticed it would get dirty and I thought it was a face cleaning fail - then I researched and realized that it is pigment, so I appreciate it all the more. It's very gentle, but effective. I have 'older' skin now, and this is not drying in anyway but does a great job of toning the skin in prep for the moisturizer, and make-up if I'm putting any on that day. Sometimes for a spritz I just spray and leave it - it makes the skin look a bit more hydrated and softer. I will be buying it again. I use it generously, spraying face, neck and decolletage, and it is lasting quite a long time. Very pleased with this purchase.

Again, in appreciation to Amazon for this end of year gift purchase. I have been using this for many years and find it helps me hydrate w/o complications. Extremely beneficial in dry winter days, and in warm/hot summer days. Excellent product.

This is by far the best of it's kind and it works perfectly for me. I do know however that not all skin is made the same. This one keeps my pores very small and clean. Just wonderful for an old lady.

I love this tonic and think it works extremely well with the Borghese Cleanser.

It is soooooo good for your skin I use it every morning and evening before beauty routine dont rub it in

Soothing and rehydrating for the skin, and wonderful aroma. It also detangles the hair as I tried it on wet hair without any conditioner....who knew!
