1.6 cu. ft. Countertop Microwave in Black

Decent microwave for the price. The child locks are annoying for me not having little ones, but could be a great safety feature. Overall a win. I so miss the 30-second button on old microwave. Buttons could be easier to read.

This Magic Chef 1.6 cu. ft microwave works well for my household. This my second one, the first one I had was a gift 8 years ago. I like the wide space inside ,heats(hot) really well. Pops microwave popcorn less than 2 minutes with few kernels left in the bag. Easy to clean with the help of warm soap and water. I recommend this one if you have the counter space.

I have had this model of microwave for many years and mine recently quit working. I came on Amazon and was really pleased to find the same model microwave, only a newer model. It is almost identical to the one I replaced. I was thrilled. Not only was it on sale, but I was able to get in within three days of my order. I use my microwave almost exclusively, so it was great to get the new one so quickly so that I did not have to use my oven. I highly recommend this particular microwave because my old one gave me many years of service. It has a large heating area so you can get a full plate of food in it. It is easy to clean, as well. If you decide to buy this microwave, I hope you enjoy many years of service as I did with my last Magic Chef microwave. Hope this was helpful info. for you.

Did not have all the pre-settings as my previous microwave. More presets allow for easier warm up and cooking. Otherwise a very nice product with ample interior space and product seems to have a safety feature built in for accidental issues??? I experienced one and it cut off and reset after a cool down period.

Great value. The one it replaced was the same make and model we purchased 11 years ago! This one is a little upgraded. So we figured it is reliable. We love this model!

This has turned out to be a really nice microwave. Lots of power. And the layout of the keypad is really nice.

A little disappointed. The door seems cheap... It so loud when closing.

If you value RELIABILITY this is the unit for you! It is replacing a nearly identical unit that served us trouble free for many rears and would still be serving us except for operator error! In addition, the delivery was exceptional, fast and on time. I find nothing at all to complain about.

I had the previous version of this, twice. Each one lasted about 6 years, which I guess is the most you can expect from products made nowadays. Yes, it's made in China, but so are the Panasonic ones that cost almost twice as much. It' solidly made, with solid performance, at least so far. If it lasts another 6 years, I will be happy.

This product is a perfect size for counter. Lots of watts for cooking. color black and white is outstanding. Heats up food extremely fast. The touch screen buttons are very sensitive & I would highly recommend this product for a family.

Nothing more to say, it arrived I use it and life is grand. It's more powerful than my old one and that's great!

Works nicely. UPDATE: Burnt a spot on a damp towel. Multiple times now seeing its "firepower" concentrated on relatively small areas in the oven. It is not cooking evenly. Hope this is a one-off problem. I like this size/price. The door seems to have a gap or space for microwaves to leak.
