As new - very happy
Good discount for it being pink, but the only pink bits are the back and the lock screen, changing the lock screen colour was easy and I have a black LED cover so no pink visible ... hurrah ! It came with Android 9, but once on a network it almost immediately updated to14 and UI 6. A more or less seamless update to this decade from my old S8 at a good price - Thank you.

That contents were incomplete no usb cable in the box which should have been supplied with the phone

this phone needs to be charged every day but i love it for the pictures that it takes i am not a big phone fan so it does'nt matter to me not had it that long so its a case of finding out new things

Product in perfect condition, very satisfied
After a terrible few years with phones, this phone has been a big relief that nothing has gone wrong with so far. Battery life is good, display is free of any defects. Very satsified with it

BEWARE!!!
BEWARE!!!The battery life is terrible! Lasts about 3 hours and that's with the brightness at the lowest. The phone overheats when downloading apps and it won't let me watch videos on YouTube or Facebook as the video buffers. Be very careful if you buy this phone.

I received American version with Snapdragon CPU not UK with Exynos CPU, seem to be getting system updates quicker

Good phone
Good phone, lovely clear photographs however the battery does not seem to last very long.Very fast when connected to 5G
