Philz coffee is the best

Delicious

This is the first time I've tried Philz brand.I'd heard good things so thought I should give it a try.There's a tart/sour note that's present even at finer grinds and higher extractions.It's drinkable but I don't think I'll be buying more.

Better than what i expected

Not a fan of this coffee and the name doesn't warrant the price.

Among the best I've ever had, better IMHO than Stumptown Hollar Mountain (sorry guys). Hit's all the right notes, fuzzy noze, soft pallete choco nutty goodness.

I enjoyed Jacob's Wonderbar more. Silken Splendor was a nice cup of coffee, but was missing the quintessential coffee aroma and flavor I was expecting. This blend was too light and mild for my tastes.

I'm assuming I got old stock, which is unacceptable. on pour over, the beans released nearly 0 bubbles during the bloom, and it came out smelling and tasting very, very stale.
