Don't believe the hype. Poor quality control and nonresponsive customer service
Lifting mechanism was broken on arrival. The weld was either missing or failed at what appears to be a stress point. I reached out to the manufacturer through email for some input with respect to whether this is a common problem and, if so, how is it addressed. No response at all, so i decided to return it and not obtain a replacement.
