Hard to say.
I started by breaking one in half and so far I can’t tell what the stick is doing for me. No clogs to date.

Not the best
I used a similar product that worked pretty good and wouldn't a month or longer. We have a large walk in shower so I put 3 down the drain. They only last a few days before needing to use them again.

Keeps my drains open
I have used this product for at least 8 years, or since they first came out in the stores. I use them in my drains the first of every month and have never had a problem with clogged or slow drains. I am pleased with them.

Just added to the clog
I really wanted these sticks to work but was sadly disappointed by the results. Not only were these sticks a waste of money, I now fear they might cause problems that I did not have before using them.I started the process by using a long, plastic hair removing tool in my shower drain. Then I ran hot water down each of the five drain pipes in the house and dropped a single stick into each drain. Two weeks later, I repeated hot water/stick process and then once a month after that (as recommended on the package). After using three of the four packages, I thought I'd check the shower drain again. What I pulled out was a mess of hair and what looked like yellow, rubber worms. These sticks were not clearing my pipes, they were creating a clog. Now I'm just hoping the rest of those Sani 360 worms didn't meet together to form a large clog that will require professional removal.I'm going back to my old way of cleaning the drains: Pour a little baking soda into the drains and let sit 15-30 minutes. Follow with a bubbling mixture of baking soda and vinegar. Let sit another 30 minutes. Rinse with hot (I sometimes use boiling) water. Yeah, it's a hassle. It's time consuming. And it ties up use of the drain for about an hour. But at least it flushes through the pipe without making an icky clog.
