Don't buy this for 2-story buildings. you might need repeaters if you want to use it.

Works well with Home Assistant

I have flashed the firmware and used it with Home Assistant. It works great and no issues so far. I'm using it for Zigbee MQTT but it can be used as other waves as well.

Doesn't work! Don't buy!

This thingy is E version of the dongle (and not the stable P) and it's not recognised as Silicon labs device. It does not get configured in HA. I couldn't flash with python nor manual mode as it doesn't have bootloader mode. The item is non-refundable, so basically I'm screwed for 3500 Rs.
