Almost Perfect
I moved over to these from Audio Technica ATH-M50Xs, these sound great and the modularity is amazing. The two issues I had running these are; the logo embossed into the headband can become uncomfortable after prolonged use and the included cable, the coil in it is only ~20cm from the connection to the headphone side which adds a lot of weight on one side of your head. In comparison to the M50Xs where the coil starts ~1m into the headphones side and the short side where you're connecting it to (3.5mm or 6.35mm).I would recommend getting the C15 cable or similar from AIAIAI alternatively a Wireless+ bundle as I've been using these. Latency is non-existent and battery lasts over 14 hours (headband as the transmitter is plugged into power all the time), and no embossed logo in the headband to worry about.Customer support from AIAIAI has been top notch as I had a couple issues with a direct order (cracked speaker grille and a missing pouch), had an initial response in 2 hours and all problems resolved in 4 total.

Noisy and latency still not great.
Maybe I had a duff pair but was surprised by how loud the noise floor is using wireless. You can kind of work around this by turning the volume on the earphones down to about 20% and then cranking the source up but I wished it had been more widely available as information before I made a purchase. It kind of feels like I’m having to hack the device to get the quality sound I’d expect. They also make a lot of noise on their own. Just turning my head made them rustle and creak at a level that became annoying.I had some issues with the latency but Aiaiai suggested returning for a repair. I don’t think this is a normal issue.None of the above would have been a dealbreaker except for the fact that these are really expensive headphones. I don’t mind paying for quality (and have done!) but these feel like they shouldn’t be more than about a £150. You’re basically just paying because these are the 1st to market with this kind of technology.I love the brand but returned them. Hoping that the technology improves because they are such an amazing concept and incredibly freeing in the studio. I’ll buy the next generation if they improve the above.

Great for low-latency studio work, but lack high-end detail
These solve a few very specific problems for music producers, DJs and video editors. I use them for late-night, solo production sessions where I want to jam on synths without waking up the neighbours. They have a slightly higher-than-usual noise floor, which wasn't a bad trade-off, considering I can now go wireless in the studio. No more rolling my wheelie chair over the headphone cable. But they have the AIAIAI family sound, which lacks high-end compared to most other brands. I tested them against Audio-Technica, AKG and Apple AirPods Pro + Max.The battery life is excellent, though. I've only charged them once in nearly two weeks. With all that said, I'm keeping mine. But they'll pretty much just live in the studio at home. It's nice to have Bluetooth available for more general listening, but if you already have wireless earbuds, these probably won't replace them. Their sonic profile makes general music listening a little dull, and their lack of ANC makes them my second choice for day-to-day use after the AirPods Pro.

High background noise over low-latency wireless
If you use this product with the low latency wireless there is a very high noise floor which makes it unsiitable for producing music with low gain levels.Otherwise it feels high quality and is comfortable.

AIAIAI TMA-2 Studio Wireless+ Great headphones but not perfect.
I used these for about 2 months, while DJ-ing, Sampling on my MPC and mixing with Logic. These are my findings:Pros:- Very comfortable headphones. Great design allows the headphones to be very balanced on the head and surprisingly light. After 2+ hours of continuous use they haven't got uncomfortable.- The Alcantara ear cushions are the most comfortable pads I ever had.- Wireless mode with really low latency. Mobility is the biggest PRO for me. Walking around my studio / house while working on a song is just neat.- Modular design allows you to swap parts very easy. Any part of these headphones can be swapped.- Great build quality. Love the materials, love the accessories. They come with a very high quality coiled headphone cable in case you need it (make them loud)- Decent sound. Not the greatest but decent enough. It sounds (to me) that there are some mid freq. missing. It might be me.- Flat sound (which I love)Cons:- Wireless transmitter signal tends to be weak. In Wireless+ mode the headphones will start clipping on medium volume. This could be a PRO, high sound volume will get you tired very quick and could also damage your hearing on the long term, however if you plan using those in the airplane on Wireless+ mode, they might be to quiet to overcome the cabin noise. Once you plug them by cable, they're loud enough.- Both headphones and wireless transmitter have batteries so you have to charge both separately. It's supposed to work like that but it is inconvenient, especially if, you forget charging one (happened to me).- Decent sound but not the greatest. For sampling, chopping and layering I think these headphones sound is decent. For mixing, I would go for something else.Should you buy?It depends.- If you need a decent/on the budget all around Headphones for layering, but you don't care about the Wireless+ function, then these TMA-2 SW+ are not it.- If you need an over the ear all around Bluetooth headphones for daily use, you should not care about the low latency wireless connection which means that these TMA-2 SW+ are not it.- If you need a Studio Headphone for long sessions, good at sampling, layering, creating sounds, basic mixing and also love the fact that you can move around without being glued to the desk because of a wire, the Wireless+ function & most importantly the under 16ms latency offered by the TMA-2 SW+ is exactly what you need.I wish tho' they would be a bit louder, like 50% louder.

The most comfortable and balanced headphones I own
A friend turned me onto these. Always thought AIAIAI were DJ or lifestyle but seems they also make some pretty good studio gear. Have been super impressed with them - here’s my take:Pros:- Insanely comfortable - lightweight but not cheap feeling by any means. Ear cushions are probably most comfortable I’ve ever tried (I'd say my ears are prob medium). - Very balanced sound profile - never feel like I’m getting anything too artificial (over bearing bass) on these. Also seem to be good on the ears - am wearing mine for hours without any noticeable fatigue. Sound quality is excellent. - Appreciate that you can swap out the ear cushions and that the ones on these are such good quality. My last headphones started to get that flaky skin which gets all over you! Really like that I can just swap out the cushions if I ever need to without having to trash the headphones. - Left and right cable inputs - sometimes I like to switch this up. When working out my audio interface I need to run to my right, whereas I have my synth output to my left. Great feature to be able to switch the cable either sideCons: - My only gripe is that I had to assemble these myself. I kind of feel that the unboxing could have be a little more ‘high end’. Not going to deduct any stars though as I guess this is part of AIAIAI’s modular approach but still think unboxing could be slightly improved. In summary, extremely comfortable and surprisingly well balanced headphones with a sturdy build and all in all extremely happy with these. With the replaceable ear cushions hoping to be using them for many years to come!
