The support is amazing I've felt with this issue for going on two months and I'm on my feet 8-9 he's 6 days a week. I ordered some ner shoes and got these and omg I can literally walk normal no more limping now the compression sock is okay but still sucks to get up in the morning takes about a good 5 min before I can walk moral of the story these are amazing and you will be amazed

The shoe insoles are amazing, very comfortable. The sock, if you have sensitive skin may get irritated or it may feel tight and uncomfortable wearing it constantly. The ball is great for tension in the feel, works well.

I recently started having terrible heel pain. I went to my podiatrist and she told me to do exercises and such. I researched on Amazon for plantar fasciitis assistant products. I came across this set. The shoe inserts help me so much! The ball I wasn’t able to use due to my personal foot pain. I also have a spinal disease called Chronic Adhesive Arachnoiditis which causes pain along my legs and feet. I feel like this has definitely helped me. I’m on my feet at work all day. The slide on foot pieces are good around the house if you’re not wearing shoes. The only negative thing is the elastic is tight on my feet. Other than that I definitely recommend this set.

The heel suport works good. Just buy them. Don't buy this package.

The compression sock is great, the ball great exercise but the insoles not really that comfortable. It's ok for price paid and it does what I need it to do.

Wow, this company put SO much thought and care into this plantar fasciitis “care package.” They really thought of everything. This kit is so well packaged and put together. And the INSTRUCTIONS! Frequently these products come with no directions at all. THIS product - has spectacular instructions - really well written, very clear, readable, with pictures. If only all manufacturers took such care! I loved how they not only explained how to use all of their products, but also gave additional suggestions for exercise, icing, stretching etc. So thoughtful!So - the products themselves - are terrific. If there are ANY OTC products that can help your plantar fasciitis, it’s these:Plantar Fasciitis Orthotics - fit well in my shoe, felt comfortable and supportiveProfoot Strutz Arch Supports - my favorite, I think. Felt like wearing a massage - so lovely for my tired arches!Compression Sleeve - per instructions, wore at night - I did notice an improvement in the AM.Therapeutic Massage Ball: This feels very good. It tends to roll away so be aware of that while using.Free Exercise Guide - very helpful!I do wish that the strutz and the orthotics were labeled L/R.Personally my plantar fasciitis is not that bad (yet). I mainly notice it when I get out of bed, or if I get up from sitting for a long time. I’m pretty athletic and I walk a lot, and when I am on the move it is not bad. Really glad to have these products in my arsenal to help prevent my condition from worsening.
