Unusable Buttons
I usually love Case-Mate products. I have spent a lot of money buying their cases and this one is a complete and total disappointment! Totally unusable. There isn’t any tactile feedback nor functionality of the side buttons on the case/ phone. I cannot turn my screen off or increase or decrease volume on the sides due to faulty design/defect. I had my daughter to try to use it in case it was just me and my lack of strength due to my rheumatoid but she also couldn’t use the buttons. These cases aren’t cheap so this is disappointing.
