The package arived on time and there were extra surprises inside that I hadn't expected. The letters are foam with magnetic backside. They can't be used to hold things on a refrigerator becse the magnent is only strong enough for the letters. They do not slide of fall off of the magnetic boards. The letters came in a sturdy plastic organizer. I also was surprised to receive a small magnetic white board, whiteboard market, cat and a pineapple magnent, eraser, and in their own boxes, magnetic numbers and punctuation ,para espanol! Super great. My students use them in a rotation during reading for word work. Great overall.
