Well like the title says it does it’s job … but 😂…. If you pass gas because some of us do tend to get quite gassy during that week … your underwear will kind of fill up with your own fart cartoon style 😂😂😂 hilarious! But seriously it does work for light period for normal or heavy period you might want to stick a sanitary pad or reusable sanitary pad just as a precaution.

These pants are so comfy! Feel secure and fit well and are great for the hot weather too. Love the colours :) Lifesavers when you're of a certain age going through a certain phase in your life..peri/menopause. Highly recommend them.

If you have a very light flow this product will work for you with no pad or tampon need. I how ever have a heavy flow and use these along side a night pad to reduce the chance of leakage.I'm a UK 16 on my bottom I got myself an XL to account for perido bloating but they are way to tight on the thighs, if I were you I would size up twice over if you have thighs and an bum as my butt has been cut in 4.All in all the fabric is stretchy and comftable just need to account flow and thighs/ bums if you are on the curvey side.

Absolutely great fits nicely and actually stop any wet getting through. Wish I'd found these years ago. Good value for piece of mind when out and about.
