It definitely controls frizz like it says however don't expect major changes. It makes the hair smoother. Personally what worked for me was a proper haircare routine which is shampoo- hair mask - conditioner. Many people in the reviews said it dint come with a seal but that definitely wasn't true for me. As shown in the picture I also compared a dove mask to it which if I'm being honest is more hydrating for the hair. This hair mask also had a sort of fruity scent which I liked. Overall a 7/10. Good for the price
