Has worked great on short and long rides. Plenty of pockets and layers for changing weather.

Jacket is made solid better than I expected comfortable no issue BUT if you're going to ride in hot weather +80F it is not gonna keep u cool.

Jacket fits nice (XL TALL) a little long for my 6.2" 190 frame. The BAD part. Cuff zipper pulled off after 3 months 2000 miles. Velcro on sleeves is cheapest ever made, never held good, and now not at all. Cinch on left arm fraying. Very disappointed in cheap craftsmanship, zippers, velcro! But the fit was good. Let's see if there warranty dept has to say???

Excellent quality jacket little on the heavy side with all layers in the jacket

Lots of options with this jacket. I’ve used it from 40 degrees up to ~80-85. There are a ton of vents on this jacket, so if you open it all the way up you can stay relatively cool even at the higher end temps - just remove the liners. It gets warm if you’re not moving at speed. It stays quite warm down to 40 if you have both liners attached. I have no doubt I’d be comfortable at lower temps. The zippers and snaps are all good quality, and there are a lot of adjustments you can make to the jacket. It’s comfortable to wear.Some other commenters complained about the hood hidden in the neck but I don’t find it to be uncomfortable at all. The overall fit and feel of the jacket is comfortable, which is important on a jacket like this with all of the armor, snaps, adjustments, etc.The only thing I don't like about it is the weird pouch on the lower back. It seems rather pointless and the buckles make that part a little bulky. Also the adjustments for the arms are a little awkward but that isn’t a big deal.
