Let's be honest—nobody gets excited about shelf brackets. They're basically the supporting actors of home improvement. But these things deserve a little recognition. These brackets are the real deal. The steel is thick, solid, and substantially heavier than the average shelf bracket. Once mounted, they feel absolutely rock solid. Perfect. The brackets are sturdy, nicely made and look good in both my MCM style living room and in my Mission style rec room. The kit includes everything you may need: Brackets, screws, sheetrock anchors, concrete anchors and even a very handy magnetic level. At less than $25 for a box of six (less than $4.50 apiece} the price is excellent and FAR less than Lowes ($96 for six apparently identical brackets, with no level or sheet rock anchors). The nominal 1x8 boards from Lowe's fit these brackets perfectly. And they came overnight with free (Prime) shipping. Highly recommended.

Exactly what I was looking for. As described. Solid and sturdy. Happy to see they included screws and anchors for both stud or drywall installation. Easy and accurate install. Perfect for 2x8 boards (7-1/4 actual width).

Really strong hold, they have held a lot of weight over a year and I’ve seen no bending. Make sure you screw it into studs or anchors and it will hold. They are exactly the measurements listed, and were well worth the money!

these are hefty well made brackets that I decided to take a chance on . I had to tear out a pantry shelf to remove all the tile floor in utility room . Pantry was 9' 8" long and 7' tall from floor up. I wanted to eliminate the floor contact and have it start at 24" from floor . I was able to salvage and reuse all the 1X12 shelving to make me feel better about investing the cost of the brackets I needed . I used 3 of the 12 bracket kits to install 5 shelves using 7 brackets on each shelf . I chose to use 3" X 10 gauge heavy exterior screws rather than the ones supplied with kit. Attached to 3/4" T&G wall into studs . Keeping a perfectly straight and level line with 7 brackets was a challenge but it worked out good. The weight rating for the brackets was ample to make me confident of success . 16" centers provides a lot of support if installed right . I have complete confidence after finishing and getting the shelves loaded up . Anyone considering the use of these brackets just needs to understand these brackets are very sufficient , it's the ability of the wall you are attaching to that will be the concern .

Die Ware kam relativ schnell und war zweckmäßig verpackt. Befestigungsmaterial und eine Wasserwaage waren dabei. Das Produkt machte einen stabilen hochwertigen Eindruck. Allerdings wurden hier in der Beschreibung falsche Maße angegeben. 7,25" sind NICHT 20,3 cm, wie in der Überschrift zu lesen, sondern 18,4 cm ! Artikel war somit also zu kurz und wurde zurückgegeben.

Good strength comes with black hardware and a little level. The level makes a great “bonus toy” for the kids when you’re done. Not a chance you could find nice hardware like this for less at the hardware store, and least not where I live.

Really sturdy and exactly as advertised. I’m using to hang some bookshelves and they are great for weight bearing if secured to a stud.

Loved these we stained the pine wood Jacobeen, goes well with brackets. They give you a leveler and screws to go with hardware, looks really nice in my cloffice.
