I use the board for swimming exercises and it has been really great.

I chose this kickboard because the write-ups were strong. I also chose it because it said it was adaptable for adults as well. Within 5 minutes of using this kickboard my granddaughter was going across the pool.

I had to replace a foam flimsy small kick board that offered no water resistance when doing aqua exercises. This one feels heavier, but nice and firm.

This is the perfect size board for me. Love this for my water workouts.

We bought this in black and liked it so well, we got one in blue! Prevents us adults in fighting over the one...LOL! They are great and worth the price! They are not like the old, lightweight, flimsy ones, but a very thick, hard, sturdy material. We have been using them daily in our pool! Bigger than the little ones back in the day! Allows you to swim laps with just your legs while your arms are extended out and do stretches from side to side using the board as your leverage! Great product!!!!

Adult learner here it works good but I felt unstable and being older I would catch myself like I was falling. I bought a floating dumbbell because I felt stable. Older we get it’s hard to train our brain. I think it’s muscle memory thing.

Bought this to use for exercise. Amazing how much my exercise my legs get using this just by kicking!

I have two kids kickboards and they are same products. So I didn't check size and ordered. Actually it is way too big for kids to use. Kids can't hold the grip easily. I will still keep it but probably kids will not use.....Quality is very good.
