A little gem of a book
This is a great little cookbook for some nice, traditional recipes! A treasure to have.

If you’ve never cooked polish food, this will not help
The recipes are easy to follow. But the text flows from one recipe to the next. The text jumps from lower case to upper came randomly. There are no photographs at all, so you don’t know what the end result should look like. Even the photos on the front are not ‘Polish’ foods. Cheap price. Cheaply made. Try another book! I wanted it quickly as it was prime.. I’ll give it a go.. but please look at one of the other options.
