Helps eliminating issue such as arthritis, back pain & sore muscles.Was glad to try this cooling gel out as my father has alot of pain with arthritis. He reacts better to cold than heat, so it was a no brainer this would be put to the test.Unfortunately right form the start we was hit with a hurdle. Because both my parents are elderly and weakness in there hands so trying to open this pot to start with was a no go for them.My dad went to open it with his mouth, luckily I stopped him cos he would have been wearing it and probably the rest of the house.So I've decanted it now into a different container so it's easyer for him to open and use by himself.The consistency is alot like the old fashion hair gel for the 80s lol.There is a Menthol sent to it, not too strong.Results so far is that you can feel the coolness but it doesn't last long. O.H. has been suffering with a sore back the last couple of days so we thought we would give this Gel a try.It is very runny and smells of menthol but not nose blastigly mentholy like you would get with a cold remedy.Its much more of a diluted smell.According to the tub label, there is a 96% Alcohol component.Hubs took some on a finger, it looks like hand cleansing Gel (see photo), and rubbed some in to his back.He found it a tiny bit cooling.By 10 minutes, he couldn't feel the effect at all.According to the instructions, you use it as often as you like, as much as you like.This didnt really help his back at all.Im not sure this will really help sore muscles.I tried some too to see if I can feel the cooling effect for longer but it just dissipates away with no long term feeling of coolness at all.I quite like the smell.We thought that you probably have to lay it on thick for the effect to last any time so that wouldn't work for using underneath your clothing .As its mostly alcohol, it evaporates.We wouldn't buy it in future ,as for us, it was not effective.

I have carpal tunnel syndrome in both of my wrists and was also just recently diagnosed with mild arthritis in my right knee. It comes in a 250ml container for the current price of £12.99. The gel itself has a clear viscous consistency. It doesn't have a strong menthol smell. It is easy to spread and absorbed quickly into the skin without the greasy feeling.With the addition of menthol, it supposedly provides soothing, cooling, and warming at the same time to the areas applied. However, when applied onto the affected areas, it felt cool but the effect dissipated shortly later, but seemed to provide temporary muscle pain relief. if you have a similar problem, you might want to give it a try, as it really can't hurt, maybe don’t expect a miracle cure for your problems, as this gel might only help with temporary pain relief.

This comes in a plastic pot and to open it you have to tear off a plastic strip. Once that is off the lid just pops off and pushes back on.The product in the pot is a clear soft gel . The ingredients are camphor eucalyptus, menthol crystal and96% pure alcohol.It feels cooling on my skin and that is about it. I can't say it helped in any way with the aching muscles or joints.I think it just about acts as a cooling agent rather like an ice pack .I suffer from plantar fasciitis so I thought I'd give this a try on my feet to see if it helped there. It felt nice and cool but that is all.I am very disappointed as I had high hopes for this and really wanted to like it as it is a British company and I like to buy British but this is one I won't be buying again.e

I suffer from pain to my lower back and received this tub of NextGenU Natural Cooling Muscle Gel on the same day as my chiropractor recommended a tube of another brand. I didn’t use the other brand so that I could give the NextGenU gel a fair trial. The gel is thick and clear with an aroma that’s not overpowering, it absorbs into the skin quite well and leaves no sticky residue. The ingredients are plant based and the gel comes in a large tub of 250ml so it’s fairly economical. It doesn’t feel as cold as I’d expected and the coldness isn’t long-lasting, and I’ve not noticed any huge difference from using it possibly because my pain will take longer to resolve. I’ll continue to use the gel on my back and will also use it on other aches and pains that are niggly rather than severe.
