This isn't my first rice cooker. I liked my last one, but after many years it needed replacing.I picked this model because of the capacity and the versatility. Also, the price was right.It is _excellent_. Very easy to use. Very easy to keep clean. I've made different varieties of rice and it's handled each very well. I've steamed food in it, I've made soup... It's helped with our meal prepping so much.We did have a small issue with the inner lid. Just a fluke, not a flaw. We contacted the seller and they immediately made it right. I'm very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend it.

The multi-cooker is definitely an item you’ll want for your kitchen. I found this multi-cooker to be a proven asset. I’ve used this several times and have not been disappointed! It has many functions from a rice cooker to a slow cooker to a pressure cooker. You can also steam your vegetables in it too! It was very easy to use, the control panel makes it easy to find and set with the buttons. The meat comes out so very tender, I made chicken thighs in it, and they were the best I ever had! My roast and potatoes came out so moist too. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I've been pretty happy with this rice cooker so far, but I have a couple of issues which I feel only makes it a four-star.1) The description says "1 to 10" cup capacity, but the markings on the pot for how much water you add start at 4 cups, so there is no good way to measure the correct amount of water for less than that. This is a pretty big issue for me, because most of the time, I only want to make two cups of rice.2) Very poor instructions for cooking the rice. I think they assume you already know how to use a rice cooker. What it isn't clear about is that you put the rice in the pot FIRST, then add the water to the appropriate line LAST.3) It has worked well for making 4 cups (all I've tried so far), but it would cook in about a third of the time in a regular pot. However, the pot would require monitoring, and this is fire-and-forget, so it is pretty convenient.

I love this rice cooker! After using cheap and older rice cookers during my broke college and graduate school days, I finally invested in this more expensive rice cooker. I'm Asian, and I eat so much rice. I did not realize what I have been missing out on all of these years.1) EASY CLEANING - This rice cooker is extremely easy to clean. I no longer have to soak the inner pot to detach dried grains of rice after each cooking. The rice comes very cleanly off the pot with each scoop.2) AMAZING DESIGN - The rice cooker sings. Yes, it sings. It plays a nice melody when your rice is done cooking. It takes about 1 hour to cook 1 cup of rice. The rice cooker also has an amazing side pocket to hold the rice scooper. GENIUS.3) AMAZING TASTING RICE - The rice cooks perfectly. I can feel each individual grain of rice in my mouth. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT RICE CAN TASTE SO DIFFERENTLY BASED ON THE RICE COOKER.

my old rice pot broke down , so I bought this rice pot to replace it . It’s beautiful . It’s very good for cooking white rice and keeps it warm for 12 hours . You can eat it anytime. It’s so convenient. It can also making soup and steam various good . I really like it so far !

This rice cooker is very suitable for our family of 5 people. This rice cooker is made of non-stick pan, easy to clean, and comes with a steam rack, so it can be steamed while cooking. This rice cooker can also be used for steaming, slow cooker, heat preservation, congee and soup. Very convenient.

We use this when we want to make large amounts of rice suitable for get togethers and family dinners. Automatically switches to keep warm mode for hours. Loved that. We also use the slow cook function for duck and chicken. We had to adjust the water level down for most recipes due to the efficiency and retention of all the liquids. Worked well and it has become a regular part of our kitchen.
