I give this Designs for Health B vitamin complex 4 stars. I've been taking it for about 2 months and have noticed very significant positive changes. After about 2 weeks of taking it, I started noticing that I had much more energy during the day and my overall mood improved. I definitely feel like this supplement has helped me perform better daily. Capsule Size: The only issue is that the capsule size is a bit large. Sometimes I find it a bit difficult to swallow. This is the only factor that takes away a star, as the effectiveness is excellent. Conclusion: This is a high-quality supplement. If you're looking for a B vitamin complex that will really help with your energy and mood, I recommend it. Just keep in mind that you'll have to deal with the size of the pill.

Be very careful with other vitamin supplements that cannot verify their ingredients. Product code x000k1bboz expiry date April 2019. The tablets smell of rotten fish. Beware. I am disappointed as I thought that Design for Health had good reputation.

Recommended to me by my naturopath and seems to be a great quality B complex. Just be aware that it does have biotin, which for some people can worsen acne, so be aware of this!
