Mark my words. You will regret if you buy this purifier. This purifier got malfunction two time within a week. Product comes with warrenty but Worst part is you have to pay service charge (hidden charges not mentioned directly). The customer support people are not at all support.Please don't buy this purifier. If I would have watched some genuine review , I would never have bought this purifier.

The cap of the Pre filter cracked, without even using it much.
The cap of the Pre filter cracked even before use of a month, and that too minimal, as it’s used at our second home. We can understand the quality of raw materials used from this ,(refer pics) and thinking how long will the unit last even after replacing the Pre filter !
