Zinc 60 mg 200 Tablets

I'm in love with this zinc supplement. I've struggled for years with acne and low testosterone. After trying different zinc supplements that had a hit or miss effect. I decided to go into liquid zinc, due to it's high bio-avalability. Suffice to say the results were decent, but not great. Then I did some reasearch only to find out that the reason for that was that only Orotate Zinc is fully digested. The other types, not so much. I decided to drink 2 pills a day, and by the way, the pills are small. Like a fraction of your classical pills. After only 2 weeks I already noted a significant improvement in my condition. Oh, and did I mention that this supplement comes with magnesium(a fantastic mineral that improves your mood, sleep and calcium bioavalability) P.S. I don't know that I've ever written a review for amazon, but I just ordered my second bottle. This stuff is amazing! I'm only 40 years old, I'm single, and I had erection issues with the last 3 girls I was with. I don't smoke, drink, or look at porn, wasn't under an unusal amount of stress, so it wasn't one of those usual suspects. I got my total Testosterone level checked at the doc and it came back at 409. I started doing a bunch of research on raising my testosterone levels naturally and decided Zinc and iodine were among the best (and luckily cheapest) supps I could take. I tried another type of zinc first, zinc mono-l-methionine and it didn't do anything. Zero effect. Even at 100mg/day. More reserach led me to this type of zinc orotate, and this brand as being the best, most bioavailabe type. It was cheap so I figured why not try it? Within a month maybe a little more, I started having great morning and nightime erections that woke me up on occasion. And when I finally had an actual woman in the picture it was like I was 18 again. Just amazing. I wasn't impotent before, it would get up, it just wouldn't STAY up. Now it didn't want to go down. :-) I didn't want to have to go on TRT to raise my T levels or rely on viagara for sex at all of 40 years old. This is a cheap, EASY Fix. One pill a day, and give it a month or more to take effect. I got my T levels checked after 5 months and it came back at 630. Up 221 points! That's not an outrageously high number, but it's on the good side of normal. I think the reason the zinc was so amazingly effective at curing ED, is that it is a natural aromatase inhibitor, so it lowered my ESTROGEN. And the rise in Total T, was because a lot of that excess wasn't converting over to E any more. HUGELY important in men. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. :-)

Funcitional medicine doc tested me for zinc deficiency and told me to take zinc for awhile. at first his expensive brand suggestion, but then I did some research and found that taking the orotate form may be better and also less expensive. If I don't take it ... white spots on nails. Every time. Been taking for years! Update 10/12/25: Still taking. I have added occasional copper supplement to balance out zinc. Still get white spots on nails if I don't take for a few days. Please note it only has 10 mg of elemental zinc listed on ingredients label, which for me works fine, don't want to overdue it. Can take on an empty stomach, no problems, as opposed to B complex which I always take with food. Good Health Y'all!

good zinc you can tell this stuff works and has a high absorbstion is it was on the effectiveness of this product id give it 5 stars i just like it though it does a fantastic job my drawback isnt the product im trying 30 and 50mg days to raise t levels and that much zinc makes facial wrinkes appear damned if you do damned if you dont

I got this to add it to my arsenal in my fight against leaky gut. This product, in addition to many others, has helped me overcome leaky gut, which I suffered from after major surgery. I felt that I could use some extra zinc in my life, and I feel that it definitely had a positive impact on my health. It definitely played a part in overcoming leaky gut. Great product, reasonably priced. My only complaint is that it is a little bit chalky. You have to swallow it really quickly with water otherwise you can sort of feel it start to break apart. Not a deal-breaker though. It does it's job for me.

I'm no expert on Zinc and what it actually does for your body. I was actually doing research for my elderly Mother, who at age 88 needed Zinc in her diet under doctor's orders. So, here I am scouring Amazon in an effort to find her a bottle of Zinc. Then I find this product and start reading the reviews...... All these people talking about how this particular brand of Zinc gave them newly found energy with improved testosterone levels. So, for myself, a guy at 54 years of age, I bought a bottle. Now I am not saying that I found the fountain of youth, but since taking these pills it does seem I have a lot more energy than I previously had -and- I am sleeping better at night. Of course, there is probably no science to back up all these claims but there's a lot of reviews like mine that seem to indicate that whatever is in these pills are doing wonders for the people that take them. For that reason, I give this product 5 stars and suggest you try it for yourself.
