Looking for a Budget Friendly Mount that Secures Well and is Lightweight? Here is an Excellent Option.
A scope mount is just about as important as the scope itself. I'm not saying mounts should cost as much as a scope, that's just dumb. But I am saying that I often see corners cut on optics mounts, be it for a red dot or a scope as in this case. My normal go-to scope mounts are LaRue Tactical, Geissele, and ADM Recon. Those are all RTZ (Return to Zero) mounts, meaning you can remove the scope and mount, to perform maintenance on the upper for example, and remount the scope, and the scope will still be zeroed. If you think every mount out there does that, you are sorely mistaken. All that said, this is a far different mount than those I normally use. For starters this is not a QD Mount, but mounts using 3 Torx head screws to secure it to your picatinny rail. It also does not have fully removable rings. One half of the ring is part of the mount. This can be a pro or con as you cannot just buy larger or smaller rings should you change your scope out. (Like you can do with ADM Recon or LaRue Tactical mounts.) Now far as mounting - I recommend tightening the three screws together, using equal tension or pressure on each screw.. It will prevent any binding or unequal tension on the mount.. Also the scope mount has 3 lugs underneath. These are meant to interlock with the picatinny rail slots. So once you have established where you need to mount the scope, (Based on your scope's eye relief) Apply forward pressure so the lugs are pressing against the forward picatinny slot, and then tighten the screws together. This mount does lock down nice and tight, when mounted properly. Another positive is how light the mount is. I do not normally build light weight guns. I do not see a purpose personally, but I have done so for others, and in those cases, if they are using a scope, this is an ideal mount. The scope rings are OK. They are good, in terms of what you get for what you pay for. The top of the ring interlocks with the mount. If you curl your two index fingers and then hook them into each other, you will have an excellent idea of how the ring secures into the mount. This works pretty well. I've used this type of Aero mount on a Vortex Viper PST 1-4 and as you can see on this Leupold scope with a 1" tube. This particular setup is a modernization I did for a friend who had the carry handle style rifle with a 90 lb bull barrel. Anyway, for this application, where I needed a mount with 1" rings, the owner will not be removing the scope, and he wanted me to lighten up the rifle, while still keeping an eye on budget - and this was the perfect application. The individuals scope, isn't a super high-end scope, but it does the job. The Aero lightweight mount was the perfect fit. Buy with confidence.

Stylish but not so versatile.
This product is very cool looking and easy to install. It fit my rail perfectly. Although I have AR style rifles, I bought this for my low recoil light weight bolt action 6.5. I have a Cheaper Leopold optic on it because I just use it for hunting. The eye relief isn’t fan the best and this mount brings that to light. Idk if it’s the style of rifle I mounted it to but it makes the scopes downfalls in the regard more apparent. Relatively hard to find the optics clear spot as opposed to being on a traditional rifle ring mount. I sighted it in last spring and haven’t used it before yesterday for deer season due to crazy ammo prices. As soon as I hit my stand the buck of my life walks out in front of me and the sight is diagonal. My scope had loosened. By the time I shot at a doe about an hour later the scope was sliding back and forth. Luckily they were both kill shots but that loosening is not something I’ve ever had to deal with and will check for in the future. Added blue loctite this time so this won’t ever affect my shot in the future….hopefully.

A little spendy but great mount.
Dont think of this as a bomb proof chuck your gun off a mountain scope mount, but for the money its very robust, very light, and well made. Great for a truck gun or range gun.

Fits great
Installed great with a Trijicon Accupower 3x9-40 on S&W M&P15, everything fit perfect all screws went down no problem. I used loctite on the screws to the picatinny and tightened to I believe 20lbs or 22lbs per inch of torque. On the scope rings themselves I only tightened them down to 23lbs per inch of torque with no loctite because I dont want to risk having to damage my scope later attempting to get it off in the event I decide to go with a different scope. I do wish there was specs to go with this mount. I gave 4 stars for sturdiness only because I havent sighted it in yet so it too soon to tell the longevity of this mount. The scope has already been proven on another rifle so i will put the sighting of the scope on this gun completely on the mount will post update as soon as I get it sighted

Really good mount
Bought this for my PTR 91 GIR. Holds everything steady as far as I can tell, sleek, no nonsense, and the through holes are at the perfect height to still use the iron sights. Couldn't ask for more.

Best Scope mount out there !
I bought this scope mount for my Vortex Crossfire II. It's mounted on my AR10 .308. Very sturdy, light weight, and holds the scope well. As an added bonus, it looks good too. I hated to spend the money for a mount but I'm glad I did. If you're going to put a good piece of glass on your gun, spend the money and get a good mount ! You'll be glad you did. I like the way you tighten the screws on the side instead of a cheap brand that has the 4 screws on each ring that holds it in place. The side screws is sleek. It's more streamline. It just flat out looks better to me. It's great quality product. If I buy another scope, I'll buy this mount again. Can't go wrong.

BUY ONE IMMEDIATELY!
I was skeptical at first with this mount because I didn’t know much about them and the price worried me but I got one anyway to try. I AM IN LOVE WITH THESE MOUNTS! The bang for the buck is unbelievable they hold zero perfectly with .308 out of an AR10 and 5.56 out of a few different AR’s no problem and they are so light you wouldn’t believe. So far they have been extremely durable no problems there and they even look good, unlike most side clamping mounts these ones are actually super easy to level because they only use 2 screws on the bottom on the clamp as apposed to most companies 4 screw systems. After the first one I immediately bought 2 more I love these things so much. Hurry up and buy them while you can before aero realizes there worth far more money!
