So I relocated to Seattle and wasn’t going to get my items shipped to me till a few months out. Obviously a good pair of knives are a necessity for a man/women who actually uses the kitchen. I’m amazed of the quality of these knives versus, the expensive sits I’ve had over years. Cutco knives still my favorite hands down but the price is ridiculous. These are sharper have remained sharper than my Wusthoff set. No need to sharpen them yet, and my injuries prove it lol. Won’t do better for the money and you’ll have them forever.

I do enjoy cooking and in hindsight realize I never had a good knife set or didn't know how to keep my knives sharp. These knives make prep work so much more enjoyable. Very sharp, comfortable, well balanced.

I love these knives! I have been a Henckels fan most of my life but these are just a cut above. Good steel, they keep an edge and the superb grind means quick sharpening with a few swipes of the steel. The handles are lovely to grip. In short, these knives are a joy to use. This is the third set of three I've bought as gifts for friends. There will be more. Oh, the price is right as well.

Exactly as expected. I have most of everything from the Anolon Bronze collection, had been searching for knives. These have held up well over the past month, and are extremely sharp!They have shown no signs of rusting or wear, and the sheaths that come with it are a nice addition!
