Great vegan protein on budget.
Taste is good, you get used to it after 2-3 shakes as vegan protein tastes different from whey. Great digestive health and instant feeling of fullness and obviously recovery. Must try brand.

Flavor is good but not smooth
It's too thick and doesn't give that protein feel while drinking.Takes time to dissolve. Protein and sugar contains are intangible so can't comment on it.
