I loved reading, “Knowing Me from A to Z!” It’s the way every educator should approach their class or school. We want students to feel special and inspired to learn each day. This book will get you thinking about how to make that happen. While the book is an easy read, the words and ideas should be mastered in our classes. The notes section is a valuable tool to reflect on our daily practice. I especially love the “mindset words” towards the end of the book. They provide excellent closure to a fantastic read. I enjoyed the creative spin the authors put on this book! Being an art teacher and a mother of three, I understand the importance of free thinking and self awareness for children. This book can be used as a tool to remind us to allow our children and students to take a chance on themselves, to explore, and to take charge of their own person.Excellent book, thank you for the resource.

I loved this book! As a retired Kindergarten teacher, I have always understood the importance of creating a motivating learning environment. This environment should include playful exploration and creative experiences that help to foster a child’s confidence, self-expression, independence, and problem-solving skills. This book is written in such a way that helps children understand the power they have over themselves and their learning. I really like the set up of this book and the variety of concepts and skills that are interwoven throughout. This book is a great way to begin important conversations with children to get them to think about who they are and develop their individual mindset. Another bonus is, Knowing Me from A-Z can be used for multiple age levels.

This book is wonderful. I wish it was written when I was a child not just to inspire me to have the courage to be myself, but for the people who pushed themselves on me to force me to be who THEY wanted me to be. Now that I'm an adult, I'm learning how to live my life on MY terms and I want that for my children as well. Adults don't realize how crippling they can be to a person's life by the ignorance and demands for compliance. This book will help me guide my children toward the self-assurance that I was denied. Many thanks to these authors!

This is a perfect book for the young ones, they loved reading ever single page of the book and they loved all the pictures. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a wonderful children's book.

I purchased a copy for each of my adult children to assist them with the development of my grandchildren's self-awareness.

This book is brilliant! There are so many messages about the value and relevance of independence, free thinking, and self sufficiency. It is written with clarity and intentional critical thinking opportunities for all ages. I wish this book was around when I was a young learner, especially for those adults who wouldn't step back and let go of their mind control and manipulation. There wouldn't be so many angry, apathetic people in the world. Time for change. Allow people to be who they are, develop self-awareness, self-confidence, and learn at their pace and interest. Great job, Harry and Donna. Keep it moving forward!

This book is brilliant. It should be taught to all children and parents. People seem to be of the mind that children have no brains. When you listen to children as you should, you realize they’re the ones who should be doing the talking, not you. Talking leads to understanding and understanding leads to learning. This book is an excellent guide to develop deep understanding of a balanced mindset. There are a lot of messed up adults out there because they were never listened to or allowed to think for themselves.
