This thing is amazing! I'm a nurse and I'm 34 weeks pregnant, two things that contribute to back pain. Since yesterday I have had this ache in my lower back and I was having trouble finding relief. I had ordered this last week with the plan to give it to my husband for Father's Day, but that plan has gone out the window. It does take a little muscle to adjust the setting, but once set it was so easy to use and provided quick pain relief. Felt like it popped something that needed popping. My husband used it right after me and said that it felt good, and compared it to feeling like his back had been "tenderized" but in a good way. Definitely glad I made this purchase.

It was sent in a plastic bag with no protection the base was broken in several pieces there is no way this can hold up anyone more than a small child. Returned and got a high-quality product from Dunham's sporting goods for $11.99 and it's much sturdier.

It works and helps with your back.The sturdiness was alright...It broke on me and I felt like a total Fat a** haha but they replaced it in a heartbeat.

I was pleasantly surprised to find how sturdy this item was! I’ve been in the market for one after seeing so many ads and was adamant I wanted a four-level stretcher.First level was a very light stretch and with each level, the stretch increased by exactly the correct amount each time.I actually had my partner test the product out because he suffers from being unable to crack his upper back. Let me tell you! By level 3 he heard that crack and when he tried level 4! He had this huge satisfied smile on his face!I’m so happy I was able to find a product for us that. If you’re in the market for one definitely go for the 4 level stretcher like this model. It gives that extra stretch that you crave after trying level 3, but definitely is light enough for a prolonged stretch on level 1.

It broke after a few uses.

I have low back pain and thought the device could benefit me based on the other reviews. I found it difficult to adjust and while I had temporary relief, it seemed to worsen my pain after use. It just didn't work for me.

Sometimes I’ll bend across and crack my whole back, others there is nothing and it just hurts my back. It’s kind of a waste in my opinion, doesn’t really do how it’s supposed to.

I used to have an inversion table but since I moved to smaller apartment, I couldn’t bring it with me. I saw this stretcher on a chiropractor’s social media and decided to give it a try. Glad I did. It’s easily set up and does the trick to stretch my lower back. It’s adjustable as well and seems sturdy enough.
