I used this to make the serum that the gave instructions for. The first time i made it I just used cool water and it had little ribbons in it once the hyaluronic acid gelled. I still used it and it worked well (there was no issue with the texture). The second time i made it, I used warm water and it dissolved fully. Either way, it worked well for my dark spots. I have played around with the percentage of kojic acid used up to around 4% without adverse effects. The pictures are from the most recent serum I made. The higher the kojic acid percentage, the more yellow the serum.
