I was nervous about buying this model because of the uncomfortable-looking plastic clips that might be needed to make it fit snugly. Without the clips, however, this strap fits my reasonably-normal, rock-filled adult male head just fine. Clips have gone into the recycle bin.

The ResMed head strap with a buckle is uncomfortable. But, this one from Dream Finder is comfortable and long enough. The other non-buckle head straps I tried were too tight for me.

My only issue is that the straps just fit my fairly large head, if you are really large it would be a problem. There are two clips included for smaller sizes.. what I appreciate is not having a sizing pull strap on own side of the strap as found on OMI issue head strap, it made sleeping on one side impossible. A couple of weeks in wear and they do not seem to stretch much, I will a later update should that be the case. They are not difficult to attach if you pay attention to instructions.

First, let me say the material this is made of is great, definitely feels more substantial than the original. HOWEVER. This is so much smaller. Like, I’ve rigged spacers of sorts to stretch this as I wear it, as I write this while I’m laying in bed at this very moment. It’s squeezing my head a bit, but worse, it’s restricting the airflow without the rigging I did.If you’re like me and have a larger head, where the OE strap was on the comfortable but tight side, steer clear. If you have an average head, you’re golden. If you have a smaller head, you’ll probably get a year out of each one of these.
