Truly creamy coconut. We bought for coffee but ended up eating the whole bag cuz it was so darn good and ordered another one. The Coconuts used were ripe enough so it was nice and creamy and not bitter tasting like some other major brands

I can no longer drink cow’s milk and needed an alternative for my cereal. I tried various canned coconut milk and they all gagged me because they are so thick. Love this product! Not thick, light coconut taste and great alternative to cows milk! I can’t drink almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, lactose free milk, etc. I mix this with hot water then add cold water and refrigerate it the night before I use it. My only issue was the lack of directions regarding coconut to water ratio. I use 2 rounded cups of coconut powder and mix it with 4 cups boiling water until dissolved, then and 4 more cups of cold water and refrigerate overnight. You have to shake it up in the morning before pouring. Sometimes you get flakes of coconut fat that has hardened from being cold but it’s pretty minimal. Lasts a week if I only use it for cereal. Definitely recommend:)

Mixes quite readily; best price point I've found so far. I use it as replacement for canned coconut milk and cream, doubling the measure (3 Tbspns per 8 ozs water) for cream plus some coconut oil. Works well in my homemade milk recipe and modified lemon souffle to avoid use of corn starch.

I love this.Up until my last bag,it blended well. This most recent bag is not desolving and sits atop the liquid (cold water and hot) so not sure whats going on with it. (Even tried my blender)Flavor is good,like always. Came fast. Any ideas what caused and what to do about the change in desolving? Suggestions welcome.UPDATE. I figured out if i add product to water,then warm it while stirring it does mix completely. So i edited reveiw to reflect that. I would give 5 stars if the powder didnt need heated.

Excellent product! Easy to use, stores easily snd VERY affordable!!

The product has a delicious taste, but won't dissolve when mixed with liquids. I like to mix it with my protein shake, but it just stays in clumps that I have to chew instead of drink, so that's disappointing.

By its nature it will be lumpy. Unavoidable. I put it in my coffee and blend for 5 seconds.

The coconut milk powder was easy to use. I find mixing it in a bullet or mini blender is the easiest and best way to mix it. I love having this on hand for baking or smoothies. Being shelf stable, I can always have coconut milk handy instead of opening a fresh carton and having to waste some. Also if there is a power outage, the powder will be a great resource.

While the taste is very good, the powder does not dissolve. Be ready to chew it
