Would of been a good product if it wasn’t hacked. My safety is jeopardized due to it being hacked in 48hrs

I bought this & thought it worked great until we got to the inspection last week. Our city inspector said it wasn’t loud enough. It’s listed as 130dB which should’ve been PLENTY loud enough for our city requirement but our inspector said it wasn’t even close to that level so now bk to square one. I looked for a place to contact the seller but the only option I have is to leave a review. I bought in November but our pool & fence etc weren’t complete until last week so I’m just now using it. I’ve got a couple weeks & the inspector is going to come bk out. We passed on electrical, our fence was self closing & all of that passed so the only reason I failed was due to the door alarm. I’m not sure what they do if you fail a 2nd time…it’s my home so I don’t know how they could block me from using lol. Looks like I’m back shopping for another door alarm or paying our pb some insane price to install one for us. We have an ADT alarm system but the inspector said that won’t suffice either. I have 3 babies so I’m all for safety, just wish this worked. This entire process installing a pool has been such a headache.
