Bought this to use in a gourmet sazerac and it perfect. Not over powering at all.The bottle is very big sonce I only need 1/4 oz per drink.I froze most of the bottle in an ice cube tray and defrost a cube when I need it. Works well and should last awhile!

This is not what I was expecting, flavor profile wise. A lot of people have said it has a vanilla taste. Idk if it's supposed to or not, but the SARSAPARILLA soda I get tastes more like rootbeer. Probably because it's not pure. So I didn't do proper research

Hubby was not very happy about this. Tastes like vanilla syrup, not at all like sarsaparilla. It's ok, but NOT what we were expecting.

Not too sweet. It’s a light, clean, real flavor. I enjoy it w just water and ice. Not as good as I recall from my childhood (tea), but it’s close enough for me.

Tastes like a true Sarsaparilla! Just like Farrell’s Ice Cream parlour with the true syrup. Will definitely get me some more! Thank you!

Tastes more like cream soda than sarsaparilla, but still a nice additive to soda water.

Yum! Mixes easily and so yummy! A little goes a long way.
