These are very easy to take, added them to my morning stack. Only taking one a day, same with quercetin and fish oil. Supposed to get positive results on my hair, per the studies. As far as did I get rejuvenated in the few weeks I’ve been taking it- not too sure. When my eyesight is back, then I will know it. If I notice any rejuvenation signs, will update this review. Noticed few eyelashes on one eye getting longer.

The amazon product details says rice germ extract but then you pay and get it and it shows the other toxic ingredients in the product...aka Silicon Dioxide!

I took this consistently for two months and could not tell a bit of difference. Info live a healthy lifestyle so perhaps that’s why I could not tell a difference.
