I recently purchased the Waterdrop 2.25G Gravity-fed Water Filter System, and I am very happy with it. I was pleasantly surprised that it was easy to assemble, even for my 80-year-old mother. The 2.25-gallon container is just the right size for an average two-person household. The filter system removes all weird tastes and odors, and it filters water very quickly. The spigot on the tank is well-designed and helps you determine the water level, which reduces water spillage from overfilling the tank. This system works as described and arrived on time. I would say that it is a good investment that is well worth the money. In addition to providing clean, great-tasting water, it also helps reduce landfill waste and global warming.

I love this product. The water tasted like spring water. I had to call customer service because the Spigot was leaking . I spoke with Jessica C. She was great! I got a replacement part right away.

I was frustrated because I couldn't budge the plastic wing nuts that hold the cartridges in the upper tank. Initially customer service was not helpful, but then they were over the top helpful and apologetic.Hint: if the wing nut is too tight to turn, reach into the canister and grab the cartridge with your other hand. Turn it counterclockwise while holding the nut still on the outside of the canister.I needed to make sure that I was able to remove the canisters on a regular basis because I want to give the whole stainless steel apparatus a good cleaning at least every couple of weeks.

Works just as well as the over-priced competitors.
