Definitely wasn’t hard to install like people stated. It comes with everything needed. I don’t know how a professional can’t find parts. I literally had everything I needed prior to purchasing.The only thing that is the hot side pipe is freaking hot do not touch with in the shower. It doesn’t insulate lol.

Product broke down within 2 years of use

This shower was actually created for a free standing shower and claw tub. As you can see, in order to actually make the shower work you need to raise your faucet. I was doing a bathroom makeover and when my reno guys had to install this, they said it was a total nightmare. Now take that to heart because I had professionals do this. There were no tools send for their screws etc. So they had to come up with their own way of doing things. When the unit was screwed onto the pipe it would not stop leaking so they had to pull the whole thing out. The threads of the pipe did not align to the unit. Like I said a total nightmare. Now that being said, I kind of like the faucet up high. because one can share a tub and not have the faucet in the way. All in all, do not get this unless you are going to have professionals do this.UPDATE; This shower has been installed since Sept. It has only been in use for 4 months now and it is BROKE! The back piece of that screws in the back of the shower to keep the unit from sliding down the pole snap off. They used plastic to keep this up and it just snapped off. And the sad part is It was never moved. My installers placed it where it was suppose to be and that is where we left it. So the water from the shower eroded the plastic. I am not sure if they have replacement parts but I am doubting it. I had to use a tie to keep this against the wall so it would not fall off. This is going to cost me a fortune to replace. This is what you get when you order from this company.UPDATE AGAIN! This shower is friggin CRAP! I have used this product for 10 months, as you have read previously I have had issues from the get go. The HAND HELD SHOWER is now broke. Water if coming out of the hose. I am not kidding you. My bathroom has cost me a small fortune because of this unit I had installed. SERIOUSLY if you want to save money, RUN! do not look back. Or you will regret it.

Was easy too install everything works and looks good

I like the product beautiful and easy to install but the faucet to close and open does not work properly when you close the faucet water keeps coming out and you have to maneuver open and close a couple of times to get it to close. Can you help? I have to update the comment they did sent a new faucet and it works wonderfully, mi mistake was I taught it would sent the whole thing because the easy convenience small removable small shower head works nice but the switch button has the same issue really hard to change. But again I must show appreciation because the did comply to sent the faucet and took a while to get because of shipping and stuff but that works fine and easy to maintain and clean and stays real sleek in your shower. Now hopefully I can get the button to chance the small removable smaller head to have it perfectly again.
