Was hoping to get just the right size as I have smaller hands and they are working fine for me .

After buying a junk pair of sheers and returning them, I am really happy to have chosen these...I'm not a cosmetologist and my hair cutting skills are entirely self-taught... (Thank goodness my layers and curls hide all the mistakes) but I think these are pretty damn good.They are sturdy, comfortable to hold and sharp! They even make that sharp clip sound when you cut...you know the sound!

Started cutting my hair after the V 19. I first ordered a cheaper pair of scissors and was disappointed. Theses scissors are high quality and i would order them again.

These are very tight and difficult to use with the inserts, which are made of a very stiff and cheap feeling plastic. It was easier to fit my fingers in without them but these seem better suited for a small hand with slender fingers. The length of the scissors seem fine but they are uncomfortable to hold due to the finger sizing. Out of the package they are very loose to cut with and need tightening.

Overall, pleased with results of scissors. The Product description reads "We've included a screw to adjust the tension in the shears and a beautiful faux leather case..." There is no leather case. If you order only the scissors, it's shipped in a plastic zip-lock pouch.Also, the customer images are only for the set of scissors and thinning shears. They show a leather case with a set of regular scissors and a thinning shears. Other pictures show thinning scissors.If you're only looking for scissors to cut hair, there are high rated alternate scissors to consider on Amazon for half the price.
