I am slim, I bought the medium-size but I think I should have buy the small-size. The medium kinder feel loose on me but its acceptable because I still can feel the compression. But I still think the smaller size I will buy next to see what feeling I will get from it. Overall I feel confident wearing it, its like I am a new person. It helps me with back support. I love.... wearing it all day. I am happy I oder this item.

Nice fit just as good if not better than a spanks I purchased a few years back. Read some reviews to put on like underwear. Feet 1st through the neck . So much easier to put on lol!

This is the best one I've used yet. It's soft, doesn't rub, easy to take off once you figure out a way. I've got long hair, so I put it up, roll the tank top up to my arm pits, then lift from the shoulder straps, and pull more and more of the shirt to about half, and grab from the back and it comes off.It's tight, but that's the reason we're buying it lol. I'm 6'4" 230lb 46" chest, and the L was perfect. The M would've absolutely cut off circulation. The L is still tight, but not too tight.

Shirt definitely is designed nicely and gives the slim look.I had to exchange for a bigger size due to how durable the material is.

My husband wore this for a wedding to tuck his stomach in. It semi work but covered some rolls. However, the lining of the tank top showed too much.

I ordered an XL, I usually wear M or L shirts. Be sure to check the sizing chart, you definitely want to order a larger size than you normally wear because these are extremely tight.I had a wedding to go to and I wore this under my dress shirt. It smoothed out my gut and love handles so I felt more confident.It's a bit difficult to get in and out of due to how tight it is, but that's by design.

5’11 190lbs muscular build and can not get the XL past my chest to pull down.Order up a few sizes. I will try XXL

Definitely fit as advertised! The only drawback is the seam near the bottom half of the shirt, still show through the outer garment, therefore others can see that you are wearing a compression shirt or some sort of belt!

Good product. Would consider buying again.
