If you love well acted, well written, well photographed films, get this one!!! Sundance Film Festival winner too!

This is a good family movie. The plot is a little predictable, but most are. Work the couple of bucks - would recommend. (No surprise language or sexuality for the kids!)

I had seen this movie before and I wanted to own it.

I absolutely love this movie. It is so good and I believe it is so under-rated.The cast and characters are awesome!

real life on how we all have pain and suffering . and how we need each other to be there and listen with the heart . to feel for them . pray for them . need to be with our lord jesus . jesus suffered on the cross for us . and to take our sins and give them back to satin . jesus know very well that suffering can be a - but we can turn them into a + for the love of him and others by asking jesus to unite our suffering to his as a pray for the salvations of others. that is true love .

A bittersweet story of love and loss - what truly matters in the world is how we treat each other and how we live our lives to be our best selves - in my opinion. It wasn't a huge hollywood hit, but I am always looking for the story/movie that hasn't had a lot of acclaim. Terrific story line, well acted, Ellen Bernstein is one of the main characters and beautifully shot. There's no nudity (that I recall) but there is a little language. I would allow a 10 or older child with adult to watch it just for the theme factor - just a personal opinion.

I bought this for my wife as the film made quite an impression on her when she first saw it. A good story well worth watching and this VHS copy arrived in perfect condition. A lot cheaper than buying the DVD and a good option for those that still own a VCR.

A worthwhile movie with a good message, the Spitfire Grill is a timeless portrayal of the need in all of us to be loved and accepted. The importance of learning who a person really is and what his/her background has been is, before any judgments are made, is depicted in this movie.
