Product is good

Strong product. It eliminates termite colony,ants & other insects on the floor or wall by spraying. Effective solution for insects/ termite problem.

Good quality product. It is effective and though I got the damaged delivery package but the product itself was intact . I saw many people weren't getting the measuring cap but i was happy that I got it . I guess I was lucky enough in that department . For the product I'll give 5 out of 5 but I am deducting 1 star as both the seller and amazon f* uped my previous order of the same products , due to this my money was stuck since so long . It was cancelled by the seller but amazon made a excuse of the glitch. I was promised to get full compensation but later on they cancelled all the product which i ordered as my money wasn't reflecting in Amazon pay balance . Hence, my products came late as they cancelled all the items and I had to order again . Through I got my after the cancellation of all of my order previous but the way they hung me in a situation (like I have to wait for first 2days then 5 business days = approx my week was wasted ). Therefore , my experience with the amazon customer support is pathetic and their policies are getting **** as well . Especially with the refunds (they want to refund as little as they could ... They'll deduct all the cashback , market fee , bank discounts even the taxes of the bank but when they make such mistakes they don't compensate like this to the customer even when they themselves are at fault.) P.s. the product is good 5 on 5 from my side . You can buy from anywhere and you won't have any problems regarding effectiveness of the item . It's a odorless, value for money item .
