GNC Herbal Plus Fenugreek 610mg

I know this product is usually marketed to help women produce breast milk, but it also has secondary benefits for men to increase libido and improve "function" of necessary tools. I'm happy to report that this alternative use has proved to be true.

Worked great for me. They did not have a weird taste like another brand did. I was taking 3 pills 3x a day to get my milk supply up and it worked. We were able to stop supplementing with formula and it did not make me smell like maple syrup like I was warned about fenugreek.

As an exclusive pumper, fenugreek made all the difference. It really helped me with my supply especially when my baby refused to take the breast and I had to go back to work. It does make you smell a little funny, many people compare the smell to that of maple syrup, and you do have to be careful to pump regularly, as it may cause engorgement and even mastitis to skip pumping sessions while taking fenugreek.

Fenugreek was suggested to me by a doctor to help my milk supply. It almost completely dried up my already struggling supply. It also makes you smell like maple syrup. If you're struggling with your milk supply and looking for answers here, please just be cautious. Thankfully this didn't end our nursing journey, but it almost did.

I use Fenugreek to increase my breast milk supply. This supplement works great for that purpose, but I recommend doubling the daily dose.

This left a gross taste in my mouth all day, everyday. It was kind of garlicky and made my breath smell like it too. I also stunk. If I had smelled like maple syrup, I would've been happy with that, but I smelled disgusting; like curry and garlic. So gross and embarrassing. It took days and days for the smell to go away.

I really wanted to like taking these after reading the benefits of fenugreek. I wish they were in a solid pill form so they could be broken in half because taking one a day was too much on my stomach. I had some nausea, diarrhea almost every day for a two weeks I took them. I didn’t notice any benefits. Bummer.

Unfortunately it depleted my milk supply. I saw it could do that in the reviews. Shouldn’t have bought

Please don't sell this product. I have started getting hair fall due to this. And it's insanely a lot of hairfall. The return window is also closed and I can't return it. The product does not seems to be genuine. Please don't sell this product.
