I like the roller. It would be nice if the directions how everything went together were better. Also it would be better if there were directions for exercises for each peice.

Directions not clear for assembly and quality of material is flimsy.

Cheap plastic. Doesn't explain all the ways you can use it. Constantly afraid it'll break at any second.

The silver balls fall out all the time it’s junk for real

..there should be better instructions on how to use the fitness set. I watched the video in the product images (which is cool) and counted at least 9 ways to use the set, although they suggested it's a 14-n-1 set. In the manual there are only instructions for 3 exercises. I'd give it a 1 star demerit on that i ly but it makes up for it in being manageable, lightweight and pretty (I'm a sucker for aesthetics). At the price point, you can't beat this. Like I said, I the video alone you can try to parse out 8 different ways to use this, which is 5 more than what's included in the manual you're given. Being a beginner getting back to being active after the Covi-30 (what I'm calling my weight gain during the public health crisis) , I'm really pleased with having a set I can use in a chair while I work from home. Good job on making a quality product but work on including instructions for all 14 of the suggested use for this set. Very pleased and hoping this aids me well on my fitness and weight-loss journey.
