This is the real green tea. It have perfect bitterness of green tea leaves with lemon and honey which tastes really good. Color of tea also comes close to green yellow thus its very concentrated and strong. So if you like non sugary beverages then you'll love it.Effects include more alertness, reduces drowsiness and keeps awake so best to prevent day time sleepiness. Avoid taking it in evening as it makes it hard to fall asleep and maintain sleep at night. It improves appetite as it improves metabolism and helps in reducing weight.

The tea bags are packed in an aluminum packet.This tea is super easy to make and taste so refreshing. Just put the tea bag in hot / cold water.1-3 minutes(mild) ,3-5 minutes (strong).
