I added legs and feet to Earl, my 30 year old lawn blue Heron. . The clay covered up some of the nut and bolt. Still need to paint that part. Earl has been a family member for a long time.

I like it, but just waiting for someone to tell me if it is paintable.

That figure was the only one that exist that was sculpted by my daughter when she was in high school in her art class and recently it was dropped and broke in pieces with loss of material. I glue back as much as possible and used the clay to replace what it was loss. Now is waiting for the paint to cover the replaced portions. Excellent material to work with.

This modeling clay is nice and soft and holds it shape while working. It didn’t have any smell, and didn’t leave a residue on my skin. The tub it comes in seals pretty well, but after several months the top layer can dry out a bit so cover the top with cellophane before snapping on the top to help it stay soft longer.*** Helpful? My pieces have been setting for a week and a half drying/curing and it is still soft and flexible on the inside. I didn't use any water while molding it at all. It says 24-48 hours for drying and curing. Not so. If you want material that will stay VERY flexible and you don't need to do any sanding or carving then this is what you are looking for. But it isn't as advertised.
