The Ajust-A-Heel Lift was recommended to me by my Orthopedic Surgeon after recovering from an accident. They are adjustable by peeling off layers as needed. I find that the affect in shoe fit is not that terribly bad, but I do suggest that you wear them when trying on new shoes. They are extremely durable and well made. It is best to buy severall lifts to avoid constantly changing them from shoe to shoe.

You absolutely should not use these things unless you have had extensive completely conclusive results that show without any doubt that your bones are shorter on one side than the other. This involves thorough testing (NOT JUST XRAYS). Your hip being in rotation could create the illusion that one leg is shorter than the other and lead to a wrong diagnosis.This thing, and all lifts like it, nearly crippled me. Horrible slowly escalating back & knee problems resulting for 5 years. I highly recommend avoiding unless you absolutely trust your doctor with your life. A wrong diagnosis will mess you up for years to come and it will be so slow and gradual, you might not realize the cause.The product itself is pretty good, not the best.

Not very happy with this, the rubber is very firm and uncomfortable. The levels peel off fine, just not for me.
