Under warranty of 2 years - replace or refund ?
Bought this in Dec 2022. Water started leaking so when our experienced plumber tried to fix it. This piece the model connector (in photo) split in two pieces. His and our opinion not made from any metal it appears to be cheap plastic with silver coating.Now write up on Amazon says 2 years warranty. Will they send a refund? Really not interested in replacement of the same. Amazon please help on how warranty works here.
